In addition to our own facilities, this extensive facility also houses our sister company, Jonathan Fawcett Ltd, suppliers of the world’s finest linen and towels.

  • Stage 1. The Check-List

Using our extensive experience and expertise, we will work to craft a checklist detailing your exact requirements with regards to tableware and accessories. Then, using the General Arrangement drawings, we will ensure every item is specifically tailored to your needs, accounting for everything from the owner’s and guest’s areas, through to crew and staff quarters. The care and attention we commit to this list guarantees each and every project will be realised to the exacting standards of our clients, with no item forgotten, and no detail overlooked.

  • Stage 2. The Presentation at Our Showroom

We hold samples and brochures of every brand and style, whether you’re looking for Fine Bone China, Porcelain, Crystal, Cutlery or Accessories our exhaustive portfolio is second to none. Customised items will also be on display, alongside signature patterns from leading manufacturers, and a host of rarely seen, unusual design styles.

Our showroom is located a short journey from Manchester International Airport and Piccadilly Train station. We will be happy to provide transportation to and from either location, and can readily assist with arranging hotel rooms if you would prefer to stay overnight.

  • Stage 3. The Presentation at another Location

If preferred, presentations can be ar ranged at client’s offices, shipyards, or at a meeting venue of your choice. We will show a selection of samples and brochures, and make all necessary arrangements in advance of the meeting.

  • Stage 4. Samples

Our Sample Room is an incomparable facility and holds examples of over 2,500 dinner plates, 2,000 glasses, and over 1,000 pieces of cutlery. All samples are available to view in our showroom, or alternatively we are happy to supply product samples to your address on request.

  • Stage 5. Fitting Out/Sea Fastenings

Once an order has been finalised, our experience leads us to suggest a process of “Fitting Out” known as “Sea Fastening” which ensures all items fit perfectly in their final on-board destination.

With our custom products, and those from our brand partners, there can often be a slight variation in size from one batch to another. As such we will send pieces taken from your actual orders as soon as possible to ensure complete accuracy.

  • Stage 6. Monitoring Progress

Once your project is underway your dedicated Project Coordinator will provide frequent order status updates to keep you informed of progress. We will use these opportunities to keep regular contact with you and your team to discuss any special requirements that may arise.

  • Stage 7. Handling

Once received from the manufacturers, all items will undergo rigorous quality checks, before being repackaged and forwarded on.

All shipments will include packing notes, clearly stating the desired location of each item, so as to aid the unpacking and installation procedures.

  • Stage 8. Storage

We will usually look to make a delivery in its entirety. However, we realise that it is sometimes necessary to hold goods beyond the agreed delivery date. In these instances, we will happily store any goods as required.

  • Stage 9. Delivery, Documentation, and the Future

Over many years we have shipped to mainland Europe by our own courier, as it reduces the number of times your consignment is handled. This way we will guarantee the safe and timely delivery of all your goods. Alternatively we hold accounts with internationally renowned couriers should this be preferred.

We will issue a handover inventory, so as to confirm all items supplied.

Further along the line, your dedicated Project Coordinator will always be on-hand to help with any additions or replacements that may be needed.
